Returns Policy
We hope that you never need to return anything to us, however should you need to, we aim to make it as simple as possible for you to exchange or refund your purchase.
All you need to do is:
- Please ensure you fill out our returns form for all goods you wish to return to us.
- All returns should meet our returns policy as described in our terms and conditions.
- Unwanted goods must be sent back to us via the customer's own means.
Please note: Returned items must be in a sellable and unused condition, ideally in the original packaging. Any items returned to us after the 14 consecutive day cooling-off period will encounter a restocking charge of up to 25%.
Please also be aware that we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF FLEXIBLE FLUE LINERS (both for solid fuel and gas) and ANY BESPOKE ITEMS as these have been made and cut to specific customer requirements.
Please be advised that individual kit/pack components are non-refundable. We regret to inform you that refunds cannot be processed for single items within a kit/pack purchase.
