Morgan Sindall has secured three contracts from Hull City Council's Building Schools for the Future (BSF) scheme, which is valued at a total of £65 million and will lead to the construction of new flue accessories.

These contracts add to the firm's existing agreements and feature Kingswood College of Arts, Oakfield Special Needs School and Andrew Marvell Business and Enterprise College, with work scheduled for completion by January 2013.

Paul Smith, chief executive of Morgan Sindall Group, said: "Morgan Sindall has a leading position in the education sector and a growing reputation for exceptional project delivery.

"We look forward to furthering our relationship with Hull City Council while working on these latest projects."

Last March, Morgan Sindall was handed the first two new-build contracts from the BSF programme, which are worth £71 million.

The development work on these two sites is set to be concluded in time for the start of the new school year.
