Low Temp Rubber Roof Flashing (0 to 45°) with an aluminium base, used to weather-proof the system on exit from the roof.
Made with a low temperature resistant rubber upstand and a heavy duty aluminium base.

Installation Guide
You will see the rubber upstand has various cut lines indicated on the outside. Simply cut to required size using a stanley knife.
This product is used to weather-proof the roof around the flue. Once the system is in place, lift the tiles around the area and place flashing onto the roof. Secure if required using self-tapping screws (not supplied). Place roof tiles back into position making sure you leave the bottom edge of the flashing above the tiles so the rain will run onto the lower tiles and disperse.
