Chimney sweep Gina Somerton appears to find enjoyment in working on chimney cowls and flue accessories, despite her chosen career being an unconventional career for women.
In an interview with EDP 24, Miss Somerton, 42, revealed that she established her own company, entitled Lady Sweep, six years ago after cleaning her own chimney "for years".
Miss Somerton said told the news website: "I love everything about my job. I love meeting different characters.
"One man in Walsingham always gets his ukulele out and plays it while I clean his chimney, it's great fun."
The career of chimney sweeping has seemingly risen to prominence in recent times, with the BBC reporting that more people are now considering "becoming a sweep as a career".
In addition, the National Association of Chimney Sweeps has reported that it has been juggling both an extra demand for services and an influx of new trainees in recent years.
