Homeowners who have made the decision to invest in a wood-burning stove should hire a professional to install it for them.
Tim Lucas, a freelance writer, wrote in an article on suite101.com that only those with solid DIY skills should consider doing the work themselves.

Mr Lucas added that it is vital that homeowners buy only the best materials for the system, which could include flue liners for woodburners.
